ValueCentric Marketing Group, Inc. (VCMG), a Delaware corporation,
is a privately held company focused on enhancing loyalty and rewards
programs (“L & R programs”) through the integration of its (1)
industry knowledge and experience, (2) program development
capabilities, and (3) its proprietary loyalty and rewards technology
platform. Incorporated on March 15, 2001, VCMG’s founder and Chief
Executive Officer, Raymond H. Stanton III, brought to VCMG a
publicly recognized track record of success in creating innovative L
& R programs and underlying merchant networks.
Prior to founding VCMG, Mr. Stanton served as President and Director
of Dine-A-Mate, Inc. (“Dine-A-Mate”), a highly profitable and
rapidly growing private loyalty marketing organization whose broad
internally developed merchant network played an integral role in the
customer acquisition and retention mandates of thousands of local
and national service and product companies. During his eight-year
tenure as President, Mr. Stanton led the successful development of
merchant networks in 40 states and garnered public acclaim by
earning for Dine-A-Mate consecutive listing, from 1993 to 1996, in
the Inc. 500, Inc. Magazine’s “Annual List of
America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies.” Dine-a-Mate was
acquired in 1996 by CUC International Corporation, now a wholly
owned subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD). |
