Mr. Stanton has a tremendous background in building, motivating and managing performance-based sales teams and an in-depth knowledge of merchants and merchant networks. Mr. Stanton was the founder and Chairman of Dine-A-Mate, Inc., a highly-profitable, rapidly growing and leading loyalty marketing organization.  Dine-A-Mate's broad internally-developed merchant network played an integral role in the customer acquisition and retention mandates of hundreds of local and national service and product companies. Mr. Stanton played a significant role in the building of Dine-A-Mate into a highly successful nationwide merchant network and marketing organization prior to its sale to CUC International, Inc., now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD) in 1996. Mr. Stanton is currently involved in several technology ventures and various real estate developments.

Mr. Stanton resides in Binghamton, New York with his wife Nikki, 7 children and 33 grandchildren.
