Roger L. Brooks serves as the Vice President of Loyalty Marketing for VCMG. Roger manages new business development for the company and is responsible for leading growth and strategy with select existing clients. In addition, Roger oversees all corporate branding, marketing and communications for VCMG. Roger is frequently a contributing writer to a variety of industry trade magazines including Loyalty Management, NACS Magazine, Convenience Store News and CSP Magazine.

From 1993 to 1999, Roger served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Dine-A-Mate, Inc., where he began his loyalty marketing career. Dine-A-Mate was a highly-profitable and rapidly growing loyalty marketing organization. Dine-A-Mate's broad internally-developed merchant network played an integral role in the customer acquisition and retention mandates of hundreds of local and national merchant partnerships. During his tenure, Roger helped lead the successful development of marketing loyalty programs to key clients such as Bell Atlantic, General Electric Card Services, Southern New England Telephone and Sam’s Club among others.

In 1990, while still in college at Portland State University, Roger embarked on his entrepreneurial path. He founded ROGER BROOKS WEAR, an apparel company that designed and distributed soft goods to department stores and boutiques throughout the West Coast and Pacific Northwest. He also co-founded RIP CITY T’s and Slamma Jamma Sports in a partnership with NBA Hall of Famer, Clyde Drexler. The company designed, produced and distributed a private label line of clothing for Mr. Drexler, which were sold to retailers nationwide.

In 2000, Roger founded MovieClubOnline.com, Inc., a provider of movie ticket and video rental rewards and savings certificates. Consumers accessed the valuable offers through a paid membership to the club. He fostered strategic partnerships with companies such as Columbia House, AVON, MyPoints, Quixtar, iWon and Chase Universal MasterCard.

Roger is the author of The Power Of Loyalty: 10 Essential Steps to Build a Successful Customer Loyalty Strategy, which will be released in July 2010. He is the founder, author and Editor-in-Chief of FACES of the Southern Tier, Portraits and Profiles of 50 Fascinating People. Two editions were published to pay tribute to his daughter who successfully underwent seven surgeries to correct a severe vascular birthmark known as a hemangioma. A portion of the proceeds were donated to the Vascular Birthmark Foundation, where Roger and his wife are supporters. Roger resides in Binghamton, New York with his wife Sabrina, and children Alexis and Roger, II.
